1. Services Offered
Reboot Max Rapido Ventures provides computer repair, maintenance, diagnostics, upgrades, data recovery, and related technical services. All services are delivered based on client requests and device condition at the time of assessment.
2. Service Authorization
By submitting a device for repair, you authorize our technicians to inspect, diagnose, and perform agreed-upon services. No repair work will proceed without client approval of cost and scope.
3. Pricing & Payments
All service fees are communicated before work begins. Prices may vary depending on parts availability, labor requirements, or technical complexity. Full payment is required upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Repairs & Turnaround Time
Estimated completion timelines are provided as guidance only. Delays may occur due to part sourcing, system complications, or unforeseen technical issues. Reboot Max Rapido Ventures is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
5. Data Responsibility
Clients are responsible for backing up all data before submitting devices for service. While we take every precaution, Reboot Max Rapido Ventures is not liable for data loss, corruption, or breaches resulting from pre-existing conditions or system failures.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that repaired devices will remain issue-free indefinitely. Warranty coverage, if offered, applies only to specific services or parts and does not cover new faults, misuse, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications.
7. Replacement Parts
All replacement components used are genuine or high-quality compatible parts. Any removed components become the property of Reboot Max Rapido Ventures unless otherwise requested by the client at the time of service.
8. Device Collection & Storage
Devices must be collected within 14 days of service completion notification. Storage fees may apply after this period. Unclaimed devices beyond 60 days may be disposed of to recover service costs, in accordance with applicable laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Reboot Max Rapido Ventures shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from device malfunction, data loss, business interruption, or service use.
10. Customer Conduct
Clients agree to engage respectfully with staff. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in service refusal without refund.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, text, and materials are the intellectual property of Reboot Max Rapido Ventures and may not be reproduced without written permission.
12. Third-Party Software
We are not responsible for licensing, activation, or legal compliance of third-party software installed at a client’s request. Clients must ensure proper authorization for all software usage.
13. Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal information shared with us is handled responsibly and used solely for service delivery, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if a request violates laws, ethical standards, or these Terms and Conditions.
15. Amendments
Reboot Max Rapido Ventures may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of revised terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
